We offer comprehensive evaluations for pre-employment capacity for law enforcement candidates and other public safety officers. Additionally, we provide Fit-For-Duty evaluations for existing law enforcement officers in the line of duty. The comprehensive evaluations meet the full ethical guidelines by the American Psychological Association (APA), and other professional guidelines as published by The National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO), and The Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA).

Our providers conduct custom, comprehensive clinical interviews with each candidate. We only use evidence-based testing that is the gold standard in the field of assessment for law enforcement.

Following a critical incident in the line of duty, officers are evaluated for their psychological wellbeing, as well as their fitness to return to armed duty.

Our psychological staff has 20 years experience assessing federal law enforcement officers, including working with those employed with the Department of Justice, Customs & Border Patrol, Homeland Security, and other federal agencies. We also conduct pre-employment screenings for private security, including VIP concierge security personnel.
