Dr. W. Steven Saunders, a Florida Licensed Psychologist, is the founder of Central Florida Psychological Consultants and is currently practicing psychology in Clermont, Florida, near the Orlando metropolitan area.

With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Saunders specializes in conducting comprehensive Forensic,  Neuropsychological, and other Clinical Psychology evaluations.

Dr. Saunders offers psychotherapy on a limited basis.  He has a Body-Mind-Spirit approach to treatment and believes that conscious awareness of our personal issues is the basis of all healing.

Amy Eicher is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology.  She is currently earning her graduate education with UCF by obtaining her Master of Social Work degree. She has worked with Central Florida Psychological Consultants, Inc. (CFPC), for six years and within the field of Psychology for eight years.

Amy provides clinical services in a variety of settings including outpatient and inpatient locations. She provides comprehensive testing by administering psychological and neuropsychological assessments and conducting psychosocial interviews.

Amy has experience in individual case-management services, forensic interviews, bariatric screenings, pain-management assessments, parental evaluations, and Community Based Care/DCF services. She provides individual psychotherapy to both adolescents and adults. She specializes in the following areas: behavioral/mood changes, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment/transitions to/from college, relationship strain/issues, eating concerns/self-esteem/body image, and a host of other mental health services.

Amy has completed the Florida Forensic Examiner training offered at the University of South Florida.  She also has specialized training in Cognitive Rehabilitation through the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine, U.S. Courts Pretrial and Probation Training, and HIPAA Compliance and Patient Privacy for Mental Health Providers.  Additionally, Amy also works as the Business Manager where she acts as the representative of the practice to other professionals, clients, and agencies.
